Community Supported Agriculture: CSA

Rotating spicy and vibrant varieties of sprouts available most of the year. 

Rotating varieties of especially nutrient dense micro greens. Members receive two sets of dedicated glass packaging, used for refrigerator storage and tidy exchange. 

Baby salad greens in mixed textures and robust flavors. Members receive two sets of dedicated glass packaging for tidy storage and exchange. 

Kale varieties for juicing and cooking. Vibrant chards, mustards and collard greens available for cooking.

Shiitake mushrooms in fresh, dried and powdered forms. New edible and medicinal mushroom varieties will be added as we become comfortable growing them. 

We grow many herbs for specialty teas and blends. Tea availability can include individual varieties of loose leaf teas, as well as our blend of the season. 

Customize your floral experience. Options available from gathered bunches to designed arrangements. 

Fresh & dehydrated sourdough starter from our farm culture.  Instructions and video links for your starter included. 

We make seasonal water kefir all year long. Follow refrigeration instructions to avoid a science experiment in your kitchen. 

We make a line of Fire Cider salad dressings, incorporating our own herbs and spices. We use only the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Available seasonally. 

Freshly prepared refrigerator sauerkraut. We're always making a basic recipe, and often spice it up with a special harvest. Always delicious and full of the good guys! 

Small batch, seasonal kimchi, changing with the harvests. Another delicious ferment that supports gut health. 

Every year we grow several varieties of heirloom tomatoes. We can promise them August and September, with potential early and late treats. 

Fresh kiwis are available beginning in October. Each season the harvest varies, so availability for 2025 will be announced in September. 

Dried kiwi slices in vacuum pack. These are great snacks, additions to trail mix or granola, or even light kiwi tea. 

We enjoy growing different varieties of artichokes and cardoon. Artichoke shares may be limited to begin, with the vision of abundance over the years.  

Share our seasonal summer garden with us. We grow a wide variety, with regenerative soil practices. Available July-Sept. Season could open early and close later than scheduled. 

We have black walnut available in their green husk in the fall, or nuts with husks removed in the winter. 

Aesthetician developed skin care and therapeutic bath soaks. Seasonal launches of new products. Small batch, sales are limited to Members only. 

Seasonal options to include fresh aloe leaves. 

Share Members always receive an upgrade or discount in the Forest Flower Shop.  Adding a Succulent Terrarium to any Share is always an option.

Seasonal options to include plant starts in various packs. Food, medicinal herbs and flowers. Members can vote on what we get started in the greenhouse. 

We currently have seeds for many varieties of  greens, medicinal herbs, and flowers. We will be adding to our stash. Members have access to our seed bank, available to be included in your Share. 

We really enjoy house plants and sharing their air purifying benefits with our Members. Our Houseplant of the Season will be available to include in any Share. 

Seasonal tomato soup, prepared with regeneratively grown heirloom tomatoes. 

Pasta sauce is in our blood. We lovingly prepare family recipes and off the cuff recipes with our regenerative, heirloom tomatoes. 

Dried tomatoes and tomato powders may be available seasonally.
